You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your verified mobile number secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Customer and merchant accounts must use the account flow intended for them.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, upload harmful material, impersonate another person or business, or submit misleading store and offer information.

Participating merchants are responsible for their store details, offer terms, availability, pricing, and fulfilment. PinDealz helps customers discover that information but is not the seller of a merchant's goods or services.

Merchants must have authority to publish the content they submit. PinDealz may review, reject, restrict, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with service requirements.

Features can change as the service develops, and temporary interruptions may occur. We may limit or suspend access where needed to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain service reliability.

Plan features and limits shown in the merchant portal apply to merchant activity. Creating duplicate or misleading records to avoid those limits is not permitted.

Use of an offer remains subject to the merchant's stated conditions and applicable law. Customers should confirm important details with the merchant before travelling or making a purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
