PinDealz may collect account details such as your name, verified mobile number, optional email address, profile image, and the account type you choose.

When you use local discovery, we process the location you select or permit the device to provide. We also process saved items, recently viewed items, notification preferences, and basic device or service logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We use information to authenticate accounts, show nearby offers and stores, remember preferences, provide merchant tools, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the service.

Merchant information that is intended for customers, such as store name, contact details, location, opening hours, and active offers, may be displayed publicly after the applicable verification process.

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, media storage, maps, messaging, analytics, security, and customer support. We do not ask those providers to use the information for unrelated purposes.

Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can differ by record type.

You can update available profile fields, change your discovery location, manage saved items and notifications, or sign out from your profile. Device permissions can be changed in your browser or operating-system settings.

Requests about access, correction, or deletion of account information are subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
